Wedding Planner

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah. As a wedding planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of a couple's wedding day, from venue selection to vendor management and budget planning. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and preferences
- Source and negotiate with vendors for services such as catering, décor, entertainment, and transportation
- Create detailed wedding plans and timelines
- Manage budget and ensure all expenses stay within the allocated amount
- Coordinate logistics on the day of the wedding, including set-up, ceremony, reception, and clean-up
- Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the wedding
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the entire process

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is preferred but not required
