Waiter/Waitress

We are a busy restaurant located in the vibrant city of Sharjah and we are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring that their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the restaurant
- Present menus to customers and make recommendations on food and drinks based on their preferences
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set for new guests
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- Process payments using POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Upsell menu items to increase revenue

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service oriented with a friendly personality
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness
- Basic math skills for processing payments
- Knowledge of different cuisines and wine pairings is preferred

Salary: $1700 per month
