Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: $1700/month


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our popular Indian restaurant in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in managing all aspects of a successful restaurant operation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Train and supervise staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve overall profitability
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain the highest standards
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials that align with customer preferences
- Plan and oversee special events or promotions to drive business growth

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment, preferably in an Indian restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is an advantage
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and controlling costs to maximize profitability
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, quality standards, and health codes
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
