Restaurant Manager for African/Malayalee Cuisine in Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our African/Malayalee restaurant in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing restaurants, preferably with experience in African or Malayalee cuisine. They should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle a fast-paced and high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation are maintained at all times
- Create and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal availability of ingredients
- Monitor and manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Develop efficient processes for ordering supplies and managing inventory levels
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and menu items
- Foster positive relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment for staff and customers

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar setting
- Strong knowledge of African/Malayalee cuisine
- Excellent leadership skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong financial management skills
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Abu Dhabi (accommodation provided)
