Sales Manager - Dubai (Indian Nationals)


We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and achieving sales targets. This role is suitable for Indian nationals who are currently residing in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet individual and team targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide coaching and training when necessary
- Prepare sales reports and present to senior management on a regular basis

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management in the UAE, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the UAE market
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Salary: AED 1700 per month (tax-free)
