Experienced Barista


We are a bustling cafe in Sharjah, seeking an experienced Barista to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate is a passionate coffee lover who takes pride in their craft and delivers exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and visually appealing beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cafe, and providing friendly service to our diverse clientele.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in latte art and knowledge of different brewing methods.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Must have experience with operating espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
- Biometric passport preferred.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Malayalam is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to customers' preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions or concerns they may have.
- Follow health & safety regulations at all times.
- Work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining quality standards.
