Product Designer

As a Product Designer in our company, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-friendly designs for our biometric passport products. You will work closely with our team of engineers and developers to bring these designs to life. Your main objective will be to ensure that the final product meets the highest standards of functionality, aesthetics, and user experience. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and user needs
- Conduct market research and gather insights on design trends and user preferences
- Create sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize design concepts
- Develop detailed design specifications that can be easily implemented by the engineering team
- Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to continuously improve designs
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design or related field
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Knowledge of biometric technology is a plus

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Preference for Indian nationals)

Employment Type: Contract (with possibility of extension)

Language Requirement: English fluency

Note: This position requires regular interaction with cross-functional teams located in different time zones. Flexible working hours may be required.
