Industrial Engineer - Abu Dhabi


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing efficient production processes to optimize productivity and minimize costs. You will also be involved in analyzing data and developing strategies to improve quality control procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in data analysis and statistical methods
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Identify areas for improvement in production processes and develop solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvement
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure products meet company standards
- Develop project plans and timelines for process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. production, supply chain, quality) to implement process improvements
- Monitor production performance and provide regular reports on progress

This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English. Accommodation will not be provided.
