In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and handling general office duties such as answering phones and responding to emails. A strong understanding of office management and proficiency in MS Office is required. The ability to work independently and handle confidential information with professionalism is also essential.
