Mason Foreman

As a Mason Foreman, you will oversee and manage the construction of structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and other building materials. You will be responsible for leading a team of masons, ensuring that they follow safety protocols and complete projects in a timely and efficient manner. This job requires strong leadership skills, as well as expertise in masonry techniques and materials.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of masons in the construction of various structures
- Plan and coordinate work schedules, material requirements, and project timelines
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on the job site
- Train new masons on proper masonry techniques and tools
- Monitor the quality of work being done to ensure it meets standards and specifications
- Troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise during construction
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow building plans
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Indian languages is preferred)
- Willingness to work in Ajman with accommodation provided by the company
- Valid biometric passport (Indian nationality preferred)
- Freshers with relevant education or training may also be considered for this position

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
