Land Surveyor

A reputable construction company in Sharjah is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate data to support the planning and construction of projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month, suitable for Indian nationals. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, as well as extensive knowledge of land surveying tools and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using various instruments such as GPS receivers, total stations, and levels
- Prepare survey reports and drawings to accurately represent survey data
- Utilize CAD software to create maps, plans, and profiles
- Assist with project planning by providing precise measurements of land features
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy in project specifications
- Maintain equipment and ensure its proper use at all times
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of surveying tools such as GPS receivers, total stations, levels, etc.
- Proficient in using CAD software for mapping and drafting purposes
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Willingness to work on a full-time basis without accommodation provided
