Land Surveyor


A reputable construction company in Sharjah is seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and collecting data to determine property boundaries and create maps and plans for construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to gather data on existing conditions
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners to measure distances and angles
- Create detailed maps, plans, and reports based on survey data
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Adhere to safety guidelines while working on job sites
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and prepare reports for clients
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior surveyors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience working as a land surveyor
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, practices, and techniques
- Proficiency in using total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
- Excellent math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret design plans and blueprints
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
