Office Assistant - Lusail, Qatar
We are hiring an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, able to multitask, and has strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
