Sales Manager - Riyadh, Egypt

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This is a contract position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify potential clients and build relationships through networking and cold calling
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales team members to reach their full potential
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Monitor competition and stay updated on industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Egyptian market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: $1200 per month (depending on experience)

This is a contract position without accommodation provided. Applicants must have their own visa for employment in Egypt.
