Restaurant Manager

A well-established restaurant in Jeddah is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing all staff members.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, finances, and personnel
- Train and supervise all staff members, including servers, cooks, and other employees
- Ensure that all customers receive high-quality service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Create work schedules for employees and manage labor costs
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menus or dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant at all times
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and expenses

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff members effectively
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Must have a valid visa sponsorship for Saudi Arabia
