Sales Manager - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

A leading company in Jeddah is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead the sales team by setting clear goals, monitoring performance and providing regular feedback
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's market share
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead of industry trends
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team for continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same industry or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach to management
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
