Administrator
The role of an Administrator in our company is to provide administrative support and assistance to the management team. As an English-speaking job, fluency in the language is necessary for effective communication with clients and colleagues. The ideal candidate should also possess a biometric passport to facilitate travel if required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the management team
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Liaise with clients and vendors as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Other duties as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- Indian national preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Possess a valid biometric passport
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: 1200$ per month
