Surveyor - Land and Property Valuation Specialist

Our surveying firm in Riyadh is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surveyor - Land and Property Valuation Specialist to join our team. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting detailed surveys of land and property, analyzing data, and providing accurate valuations for clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field and possess strong knowledge of land surveying techniques, procedures, and equipment. Experience with valuation methods and software is also required. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land and property using various methods such as GPS, total stations, and aerial imagery
- Collect data on terrain, boundaries, structures, utilities, and other features
- Analyze survey data to determine precise measurements and create detailed maps
- Use valuation methods to determine the worth of land or property
- Prepare reports outlining survey findings, including valuations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Keep accurate records of all surveys conducted
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques, procedures, and equipment
- Experience with valuation methods and software such as ArcGIS or AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
