IT Manager


We are hiring an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to join our growing team in Umm-Salal. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology and computer systems. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our technology infrastructure to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for the effective use of technology in our company
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals to provide technical support to all employees
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested
- Stay updated on new technology trends and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements as needed
- Develop and manage the IT budget to ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient in computer systems, network administration, and IT infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of data security protocols
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1200$ per month.

This is a full-time position with working hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

We welcome candidates from different nationalities but proficiency in English is required. Previous experience is not mandatory but preferred.
