Hotel Maintenance Engineer

A luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Pakistani national with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of the hotel's facilities and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions that arise
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other mechanical systems
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance work performed
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance tasks that minimize disruption to guests
- Order and maintain inventory of necessary supplies and equipment for maintenance work
- Train other staff members on basic maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices for facility maintenance
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Good communication skills
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
