Office Assistant - Al-Wakra, Qatar
We are a fast-paced office in Al-Wakra, Qatar seeking a reliable and dedicated Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and organizing files. This position is open to Pakistani nationals who are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Greeting visitors and providing them with information or assistance
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Assisting with general office tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Pakistani national with own visa or ability to obtain one
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required
