Administrative Assistant - Dukhan, Qatar
We are a reputable company in Dukhan seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Book travel arrangements for staff members
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant administrative role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Malayalee preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1800$ per month
