Administrative Assistant - Dukhan, Qatar
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our management team and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, drafting emails, and maintaining filing systems
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for the management team
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a professional and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
