Indian Restaurant Manager in Al-Rayyan
Our busy Indian restaurant in Al-Rayyan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall quality and profitability of the establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall profitability
- Ensure high quality standards are met in food preparation, presentation, and service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by enforcing proper hygiene practices among staff members
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations as per government guidelines
- Develop relationships with local vendors to ensure timely delivery of fresh ingredients
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
- Train new staff members on proper procedures and provide ongoing training for current employees
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a team
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is preferred but not required
- Must have a valid biometric passport
- Ability to work full-time including weekends and holidays
