Barista

A well-known coffee shop in Al-Rayyan is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and high-quality coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more
- Ensure all drink orders are made accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and handling complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Restock supplies as needed and keep track of inventory levels
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and latte art skills is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in the food service industry is preferred
- Fluent in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
- Must have legal authorization to work in Al-Rayyan
- Indian nationality preferred
