Mason Supervisor (Contract) in El-Ain, Pakistan


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor for a contract position in El-Ain, Pakistan. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of projects. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of masons, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure that all work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor progress of projects and adjust work schedules as needed to meet deadlines
- Train new team members on proper masonry techniques and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records of project materials, labor hours, and equipment used
- Communicate with clients to address any questions or concerns they may have about the project

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a mason, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Valid visa sponsorship or ability to obtain one will be provided by the company

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Note: This job is open for both men and women candidates from Pakistan who have relevant experience. Fluency in English is not required but will be considered an asset.
