We are hiring an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in El-Ain. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them to the appropriate person or taking messages
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff
- Assisting with document preparation, filing, and data entry tasks
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciling receipts
- Providing general administrative support to all departments as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in a related field preferred
- Experience working in an office environment or similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment
