A leading logistics company in Sharjah is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with excellent English communication skills and a passion for the logistics industry. Previous experience is not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor shipment statuses and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare necessary documentation for international shipments.
- Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:
- Indian national preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
