Female Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Sharjah. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules and budgets
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Manage project resources including labor, materials, equipment and subcontractors
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses and changes
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to specifications
- Facilitate communication between different parties involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Sharjah

Preference will be given to Egyptian candidates. This is a no English required job. Accommodation will not be provided.
