Executive Chef

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the kitchen operations of our 5-star hotel in Al-Rayyan. You will be in charge of creating and implementing menus, managing inventory and ordering supplies, hiring and training kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant, with a strong knowledge of international cuisine. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate. This is an urgent contract position with a salary of $1300 per month. Preference will be given to Indian nationals with English proficiency.
