Indian Administrative Coordinator in Dukhan
We are a reputable company in Dukhan seeking an experienced Indian Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as previous experience in administrative roles.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings and events
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them when appropriate
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluency in English is an advantage but not required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
