House Manager

A prestigious family based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a professional and experienced House Manager to oversee the daily operations of their household. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a large household and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all household staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Create and maintain schedules for cleaning, laundry, cooking, and other household tasks
- Manage household budgets and expenses, including purchasing supplies and groceries
- Oversee maintenance of the property, including coordinating repairs and renovations as needed
- Plan and organize events and parties hosted at the residence
- Coordinate with outside vendors for special projects or services needed for the household
- Maintain inventory of household items, including artwork, furniture, china, etc.
- Act as a liaison between the family members and household staff to ensure smooth communication and operations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a House Manager in a high-end private residence or luxury hotel
- Excellent leadership skills with proven experience managing a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Knowledge of proper etiquette and formal service standards
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (experience driving luxury vehicles is preferred)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends as needed

Contract job: This is a contract position with an initial term of one year. The contract may be extended based on performance.

Salary: $1100 per month (tax-free) plus benefits including health insurance.

Accommodation: This position does not include accommodation. However, assistance can be provided in finding suitable housing within close proximity to the residence.
