Machine Operator - Entry Level


We are seeking a reliable and hardworking machine operator to join our manufacturing team in Sharjah. This is an entry level position suitable for men with no prior experience required. As a machine operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in our production process.

Responsibilities:
- Review work orders and specifications to determine machine setup requirements
- Adjust and calibrate machine settings to ensure proper product output
- Load materials into the machine and monitor the production process
- Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Keep accurate records of production data and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic understanding of machine operation is preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
