Call center representative
Call Center Representative (Pakistani/Malayalee), Medina
We are currently hiring for a Call Center Representative to join our team in Medina. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service over the phone to our clients. This includes answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries and concerns, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English
- Pakistani or Malayalee nationality preferred
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers
- Address any customer inquiries or concerns with empathy and understanding
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
- Meet daily targets for call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred but not required
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Must have own visa or valid work permit for Saudi Arabia
