We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team in Medina. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and have previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
