Indian Sales Manager - El-Ain (Contract)
We are a multinational company operating in the city of El-Ain, looking for a talented and experienced Indian Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales operations in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify potential clients and establish strong business relationships with them
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales goals
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training as needed
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and other relevant documents for management review
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in El-Ain or willing to relocate
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry is required
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid residence visa with no restrictions on employment
