We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury hotel in Medina. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu creation, food preparation, and kitchen staff management. Your creativity and passion for food will be reflected in our menus and dishes, providing guests with an unforgettable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel, with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of international cuisine. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month. Accommodation is not provided, but we offer visa sponsorship for non-local candidates. This job is also suitable for students looking to gain professional experience in the culinary industry.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or restaurant
- Proven track record of menu creation and food preparation
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage kitchen staff effectively
- In-depth knowledge of international cuisine and current culinary trends
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that reflect the hotel's brand, using local ingredients when possible
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation to ensure high quality standards are met
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts and monitoring performance
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or themed dinners
