We are seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant in the city of Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, staff management, and financial performance. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and quality food
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to maintain a positive work culture
- Monitor and control expenses to meet budgetary guidelines
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus that align with customer preferences
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with experience managing an Indian restaurant
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and controlling costs
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Must have legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
- Prior experience as a restaurant manager or similar role is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month, along with accommodation, transportation, and medical insurance.
