Restaurant Manager - Malayalee Cuisine (Medina, Saudi Arabia)


We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our Malayalee cuisine restaurant in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and profitability of the restaurant by managing staff, controlling costs, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of servers, chefs, and other staff members.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high-quality service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the restaurant.
- Work closely with the head chef to design menus and introduce new dishes that meet customer preferences and dietary requirements.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients at competitive prices.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Malayalee cuisine restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Malayalee cuisine with the ability to create unique menus that appeal to customers.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability in previous roles.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining cleanliness in a restaurant setting.
- Strong communication skills in English. Knowledge of Malayalam is preferred but not required.

Salary: 1700$ per month (tax-free) + benefits (accommodation, transportation)
