We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks to our customers. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take orders and assist customers in choosing the perfect drink
- Prepare hot and cold beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure quality control by monitoring ingredient freshness and product temperatures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in a coffee shop or restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Attention to detail in order to adhere to recipes and maintain quality standards
- Good knowledge of coffee types, preparation methods, and latte art is preferred but not required
