Surveyor for Construction Projects


We are hiring a Surveyor for Construction Projects to join our team in Medina. The ideal candidate will have experience in surveying and be responsible for providing accurate measurements and data for construction projects. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600, and we prefer candidates who are Indian nationals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine precise locations, elevations, and alignment of construction projects
- Use various equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners to collect data
- Analyze collected data and create accurate maps, plans, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of project designs
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
- Provide guidance on land use regulations and potential obstacles for construction projects
- Maintain accurate records of survey data for future reference

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Indian nationality is preferred due to visa requirements
