Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team in Medina. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our product sales by strategically displaying and promoting our merchandise in retail stores. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Visit assigned retail stores regularly to ensure that proper display and stock levels are maintained
- Set up displays and arrange merchandise according to company standards and product category
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to ensure timely restocking of products
- Keep track of sales trends and customer preferences, making necessary adjustments to displays to maximize sales
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors' products, and customer preferences
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and promotions to increase their knowledge and ability to sell the products effectively

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or merchandising is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a related field
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with store managers and staff
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
