Sales Manager - Medina, Egypt


We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Manager to join our team in Medina, Egypt. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve company goals and targets. This is a full-time position that does not require English proficiency or previous experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to ensure high performance
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports on team and individual performance
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competition
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company's products/services

Requirements:
- Biometric passport (for expedited visa processing)
- Egyptian nationality (preference)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel within Egypt for business purposes
