Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine accurate measurements and boundaries of land. This role requires strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to use specialized equipment such as GPS systems and total stations. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure that projects are executed according to plans and specifications. Additionally, you may be required to create maps and reports based on survey data. This position is located in Medina and is open to Indian and Malayalee candidates who are fluent in English. Accommodation will be provided for all employees.

In this role, your duties may include:

- Conducting land surveys using various tools and techniques
- Interpreting survey data to determine property boundaries
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and construction teams on project plans
- Utilizing specialized equipment such as GPS systems and total stations
- Creating maps based on survey data
- Preparing reports and communicating findings with relevant parties
- Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations related to land surveying

To be successful in this position, you should have the following qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Strong mathematical skills
- Proficiency in using specialized equipment such as GPS systems and total stations
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Land Surveyor in similar settings.
