Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities and ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness. You will also be responsible for managing a team of cleaners, providing training and guidance, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cleaning operations, including room cleaning, public areas, and other designated areas
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to established standards
- Train and supervise cleaning staff, providing guidance and coaching as needed
- Conduct inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints regarding housekeeping services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role required
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemicals
- Ability to lead a team and provide guidance effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in order to effectively communicate with staff and guests
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have own visa for Saudi Arabia

Salary: $1400 per month
Contract job with possibility of extension
