Loader Supervisor

We are seeking a Loader Supervisor to join our team in Medina. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of various materials onto trucks, as well as managing a team of loaders. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the loading and unloading of materials onto trucks
- Assign tasks to loaders and ensure they are completed efficiently and safely
- Train new loaders on proper loading procedures and equipment usage
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to management
- Maintain a clean and organized loading area
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all loaders are following safety guidelines
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to management
- Keep records of daily loading activities, including quantities loaded and time spent on each task

Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education level preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or logistics industry
- Ability to operate loading equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials regularly
