Barista - Coffee Shop in Mecca


Our busy coffee shop in Mecca is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. We are looking for someone with a passion for coffee and customer service, who can create delicious and visually appealing drinks for our customers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for taking orders, preparing a variety of specialty coffee drinks, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, etc.
- Ensure quality control by following recipes and standards for each drink
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Upsell additional items such as pastries or merchandise to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food industry preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: $900/month (Negotiable based on experience)
