Executive Chef

Our luxury hotel in Mecca is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation, menu planning, ordering and inventory management, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new menu items
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Pakistani or Egyptian nationality preferred
