Radio Technician



We are hiring a Radio Technician to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various radio equipment used in broadcasting and communication systems. Your duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, conducting regular inspections and tests, and keeping detailed records of all equipment repairs and maintenance.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of radio technology and previous experience working with various radio equipment. Additionally, knowledge of biometric passport systems is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair all types of radio equipment including transmitters, receivers, antennas, and other related components
- Troubleshoot technical issues with radio equipment and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure proper functioning of all equipment
- Keep detailed records of all repairs and maintenance performed on radio equipment
- Stay updated with new technologies in the field of radio broadcasting and communication systems
- Collaborate with other technicians to troubleshoot complex technical problems

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Electronics or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- Solid understanding of radio technology including AM/FM transmitters, receivers, antennas etc.
- Familiarity with biometric passport systems is a plus
- Ability to read schematics and use testing tools such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Valid driver's license
