Surveyor (Malayalee Candidates Only)



We are a leading construction company based in Mecca and we are currently seeking experienced Malayalee Surveyors to join our team. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Interpret survey data and prepare detailed reports, maps, and drawings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate project planning and design
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with survey plans
- Conduct quality control checks on survey data and measurements
- Liaise with local authorities to obtain necessary permits for survey work
- Train and mentor junior surveyors as needed

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee national with fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying, preferably within the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and equipment
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD or similar software for drafting purposes
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Willingness to work on a contract basis without accommodation provided (visa sponsorship will be provided)
